RETURNS

We are sorry to hear that our product did not work out for you. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase. Please email info@cocoluxecare.com and a member of our team will be more than happy to assist you! They will then give you more details about returning your product.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Cocoluxe Care’s reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Whanganui, New Zealand and so we follow any Whanganui and New Zealand Public Holidays.

ALL ORDERS FOR WHANGANUI COME WITH FREE LOCAL DELIVERY.

All NZ orders over $40 come with free shipping. Shipping for any NZ orders under $40 costs a $5 Flat Rate. Orders to Australia cost a $10 Flat Rate.

REFUNDS

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note: Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, as shipping fees are non-refundable.
